Upcycling and UFO Sustainable Fashion Month September 2027

Thursday's - 4 week series

9 September to the 7 October (no class on 23 September)

9.00 - 12.30pm

This 4 week course is to encourage us to finish off projects that are not being worn for a variety of reason:

• You're not keen on the fit - they need expanding or making smaller
• Adjust the collar or sleeves
• Make into something else
• Struggled with a technical element so didn't complete.

A part of this course will be to upcycle some mens shirts - take a look at the examples that we can make!

The use of top of the range overlockers are included, plus the use of cutting tables and irons.  There is a fully stocked haberdashery at the Quilting Bee downstairs, therefore any forgotten bits can be purchased at class.

Tea, coffee plus a treat is included.
